    A new poll from NuggMD shows that three out of four marijuana consumers like it when non-cannabis brands promote themselves on 4/20, which helps to demonstrate that “cannabis should be mainstream.”

    Montana lawmakers sent Gov. Greg Gianforte (R) a bill aimed at reducing marijuana-impaired driving by people under 21 that advocates say would put young medical cannabis patients at risk and criminalize minors who consumed days earlier but are sober.

    The Indiana Senate rejected an amendment to legalize marijuana that a Democratic senator sought to attach to a budget bill.

    The Florida House Health and Human Services Committee unanimously approved a bill to waive medical cannabis patient registration fees for military veterans, and to make it so all patients only have to renew their cards every two years instead of annually.

    The Nevada Assembly Health and Human Services Committee approved a bill to create an Alternative Therapy Pilot Program to allow patients with certain mental health conditions to use psychedelics, including psilocybin, DMT, ibogaine and mescaline.

    North Carolina representatives filed a bill to legalize medical cannabis use by patients who are enrolled in a “registered research study.”

    A Pennsylvania senator is asking colleagues to support a forthcoming bill to clarify that a person’s status as a medical cannabis patient cannot be used against them in parental custody rulings in family court.

    The Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation revoked another 25 marijuana microbusiness licenses, mostly for failing to show that the business would be majority owned and operated by eligible individuals.

    Alaska regulators approved changes to rules on marijuana tracking, labeling and testing, handler permit education and batch limits for clones.

    California regulators are proposing changes to rules on cannabis cultivation sanitation standards.

    Minnesota’s top marijuana regulator spoke about pending omnibus cannabis legislation.

    Michigan’s top marijuana regulator is asking a federal court to reject an injunction to shut down a cannabis processing business.

    Maryland regulators fined a cannabis cultivation business $65,000 and placed it on six months of probation over alleged violations.

    The Kansas Department of Transportation sent an alert about marijuana-impaired driving ahead of 4/20.

    Nevada regulators will consider marijuana business issues on Thursday.
