The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit ruled that the Constitution doesn’t support the federal prohibition on gun possession by all people who consume marijuana as a broad category, and that disarming must be decided on an individual basis.

My No Deductions for Marijuana Businesses Act clarifies tax law to make sure a federally illegal product does not have a legal tax deduction.”
