    The New York Senate Housing, Construction and Community Development Committee approved a bill to expand housing protections for registered medical cannabis patients, aiming to prevent evictions based solely on their lawful use of marijuana.

    A Colorado senator withdrew her bill that would have instituted new THC potency and age limits for marijuana and outlawed a variety of psilocybin products.

    Nevada lawmakers filed a bill to create an Alternative Therapy Pilot Program to allow patients with certain mental health conditions to use psychedelics, including psilocybin, DMT, ibogaine and mescaline.

    A new poll shows that a majority of Americans believe alcohol is more harmful than marijuana—but that far more say they still prefer drinking to consuming cannabis, despite the health risks.

    Suzanne Mulvehill of the Women’s Cannabis Project argues in a new Marijuana Moment op-ed that states that have denied female orgasm difficulty as a medical cannabis qualifying condition are holding it to a “higher standard than other conditions, revealing a potential bias against women.”
