    Former Sen, Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ) said she has discussed psychedelics with two members of President Donald Trump’s cabinet: Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Veterans Affairs Secretary Doug Collins.

    The Virginia Joint Commission to Oversee the Transition of the Commonwealth into a Cannabis Retail Market is set to unveil a bill to legalize recreational marijuana sales in 2026 on Tuesday that lawmakers plan to pass under Gov.-elect Abigail Spanberger (D).
