Andrea Efre of the University of South Florida College of Nursing authored a Marijuana Moment op-ed detailing a new study she helped conduct on cannabis and sleep—finding that “the strongest evidence for improving sleep was associated with cannabidiol (CBD), cannabinol (CBN) and combinations of the two—but not primarily THC.”
